In our body, the amount of calcium is more than the other minerals. From all the calcium in the human body, 99% calcium are contained in bone and teeth. And the remaining 1% contained in the existing soft tissue and in the blood. Calcium is one of the ground alkali metals , but calcium is more often written with "Ca". But actually, Ca is the symbol of calcium. Calcium is needed by the body early, since we were still child. But a lot of parents do not know about it, so sometimes children do not get enough calcium. Calcium has an important function for the growth of bones, teeth and brain. Calcim is so important for our body's health. And doctors always encourage mothers to always drink pregnancy milk during the pregnancy.

After the age of 20 years, the human body will begin to experience a shortage of calcium as much as 1% per year. And after the age of 50 years, the amount of calcium in the body will shrink by 30%. Loss will reach 50% when reaching the age of 70 years old and onwards are having problems calcium deficiency.

To full the needs of the calcium in our body, the body will take it from the food we eat everyday, and if the food we eat does not contain enough calcium to full the needs of our bodies, the body will take calcium that is contained in our bones, so those bones can be called as the body's calcium reserves. and if this happens in the long term then maybe we will suffer from osteoporosis later. That is why we must eat plenty of calcium in order the body doesn't take calcium from our bones.
